What now…

So much has happened in the months since Strumento.

My best friend moved down to Nashville and we’ve created a wonderful home. Though she initially moved here with the idea of pursuing theatre, we are doing our best to grow and support each other.

I’ve started (a few) new jobs. I’ve finally settled working as a bridal consultant. As our field has no reliable return date, I’ve had to do some searching to find something that I can find fulfilling. This is a field that still serves people, focusing on their stories and connecting with them. I am so excited for it.

We’ve had to slow down considerably. I’m trying to take this time to read more, watch more, learn more, and listen more.

I don’t know what the future will hold, either in my life or in theatre. But I know I hope to continuing growing as an artist and a person, learning from others, leaning on those around me, lifting up other stories, and building on my own.
